Billy Wiggins 

MS, P.E. Principal

Billy has over 30 years of consulting engineering experience with an emphasis on
structural engineering, hydraulics, and water quality. His primary area of expertise
includes plant system planning and evaluations, industrial wastewater treatment
facility design, pump station design, water treatment facility design, cost
estimating, and scheduling. In addition, he has experience with environmental
agency permitting, DOT permitting, construction phase engineering relating to
bidding projects and construction management. Billy has experience with projects
which were funded using Georgia Environmental Facilities Authority (GEFA)
Georgia Fund and Clean Water State Revolving Fund, and federally funded
projects using USDA Rural Development Loans and Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) programs. Responsibilities consist of general consulting
services, engineering design, cost estimation, construction contract management,
regulatory permitting, project scheduling, and coordination of engineering design
by sub-consultants.

With a deep understanding of both market dynamics and organizational operations, Scott excels at aligning execution with vision to exceed revenue goals, optimize performance, and expand market share across diverse segments of the industry.

Brandon Wells - Welding and Fabrication Director

Lead Welder

Over a decade of hands-on experience, Brandon is a skilled Senior Welder specializing in the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of water treatment systems. He brings expert-level proficiency in TIG, MIG, and stick welding, with a deep understanding of structural and pipe welding codes. 

Brandon has led welding teams on municipal and industrial water treatment projects, consistently delivering high-quality, leak-free welds in stainless steel, carbon steel, and other corrosion-resistant alloys. Safety, precision, and reliability are at the core of everything Brandon does. Whether reading complex blueprints or troubleshooting in the field, he brings a problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic to every job.
